I have the same problem here in the US, and cannot use the link for the older version. I guess my only option is to uninstall and wait to hear from you. Will you be emailing the paid customers when there is a fix?

It seems like it's a chrome thing. Not willing to login to http: needs https:. I pasted the link and added the 's', and it gave an unsecure message and I was able to 'continue'

Another strange issue today. I went on my tester and I was fooling with MW there, and I noticed the TIME was incorrect by an hour earlier. I thought maybe that was just the tester which I don't use much. When I went back to my main machine, the time TIME was off by an hour also, and I had to set it manually as it wasn't compensating for daylight savings time?? (it was checked and had be correct all week).

And Mailwasher can't access my other (non-GMail) account either

Interesting that Firetrust are waiting for the developer to come up with a fix, sounds like they don't actually do the software themselves.
I see their website news and blog are several years out of date.
How does one get a newsletter from them?

My Outlook has no problems and can access my 3 accounts and get my e-mail (including the spam mails that is).

Please check this and give us a fix.

Same for me in Luxembourg, no mail from different provider treated. Gmail on tablet works fine. No System change, Windows 10 active. Nothing different from yesterday, just restart. Honestly, I begin to be boored about the failures of Mailwasher Pro in the recent month.
Should be one (mimum) informatic guy that change his job for more simpler things ....
I had for 15 years never a problem with Mailwasher, now it`s just a horror. Please stop to update a working system !
