Yes, could please try this....
* open Mailwasher Pro and click, Settings>>Accounts, click your account and click, "Remove Account", click, "Yes, remove it", repeat for any other problem accounts.
* In Mailwasher Pro click Help>>User Files, open the cache folder and delete the folder named, "MSAL" close and restart Mailwasher Pro.
* In Mailwasher Pro click, Settings>>Accounts>>Add Email Account, type any name for this account you like, enter your email address and click Save.
* Click the Incoming tab and click "Sign in with Yahoo", follow the prompts and you'll be asked for permission to allow MW access to the account, ensure you agree to this.
* If it shows successful, click Save again on the outgoing tab, refresh folders on the IMAP tab (IF asked) and you are all set.

Re: Unknown Error
@Cleantex - you are talking about a different problem, hijacking this "unknown error" thread for your Yahoo issue. This is the 3rd thread (including this one and this one) other members started where you joined for your Yahoo problem.
Unless you have the exact same problem as the OP (original poster) that is considered poor forum etiquette. This is because at best it can result in the attention the OP deserves being taken away from the OP's problem. Not cool. This can also cause confusion for those trying help as then we may lose track of who we are helping.
I understand your frustration and don't blame you for wanting your problem resolved quickly. But so do those who properly started their own threads. So please refrain from hijacking another's thread for your issues - particularly when different issues. Instead, I recommend you start your own thread. Then you will receive the attention you deserve for your problem.
Thanks.

Re: Unknown Error
It has nothing to do with hyjacking, I was having the "unknown error" and for this reason posted here.
The yahoo problem was not existing before this mess version update "unknown error" and it is just the icing on the cake.
I can just tell you, I was software developer for 20 years, and if I offer such mess to my former customer, I doubt that I would be
still alive today.

Re: Unknown Error
You are addressing a problem that has nothing to do with the unknown error that affected everyone. I note most users no longer use Yahoo. So yes, it is hijacking. Regardless, if you want the attention you deserve, please start your own thread for your yahaoo problem
