Appears it might be the same issue we had a week or so ago.
MailWasher Pro 7.12.188 sits idle and doesn't download mail.
When I check directly using Outlook all of my messages download so I don't believe it is my connection using Win10.
TIA

Yes, we are still having a few issues with Yahoo, Hotmail and AOL accounts, however often the below fixes most mail check problems.....
* Open Mailwasher Pro and click, Settings>>Accounts, click your account and click, "Remove Account", click, "Yes, remove it",
* Then click Help>>User Files, open the cache folder and delete the folder named, "MSAL".
* Close and restart Mailwasher Pro.
* In Mailwasher Pro click, Settings>>Accounts>>Add Email Account, type any name for this account you like, enter your email address and click Save.
* Click the Incoming tab and click "Sign in with... (your provider here)", follow the prompts and you'll be asked for permission to allow MW access to the account, ensure you agree to this.
(*NOTE: if the "sign in with ...." option does not show, enter your email account password and click Save)
* If it shows successful, click Save again on the outgoing tab, refresh folders on the IMAP tab (IF asked) and you are all set.

Re: MailWasher Pro 7.12.188 - SITS IDLE
My main email provider is AT&T. Removing all of my email accounts and reconfiguring is not appealing to me inasmuch as this was an issue a week or so ago as well. Seems like the fix should be applied to the software, no? Outlook (Win10) is not having an issue, it's MailWasherPro software.

I was hoping for a fix/release "any day now" too. I'm still sitting idle.

Yes, every time I think it's ready we get a setback, however hopefully this week!
Note that if too much of an issue, you are welcome to revert back to the old version which works with app passwords.... (for Yahoo Gmail and Hotmail accounts) .
If you would like to try this, uninstall MWPro, click YES when asked to save settings, restart your PC and install from here:
http://cdn.firetrust.com/downloads/mail ... _12_67.exe
Note that you can also backup via File>>Export so you have a file to return too should any problems arise.

Forum topics indicate the issue hasn't been fixed. It's not "working at this moment" as indicated in your reply below. l don't want to revert to an old version ... sort of defeats the purchase. Do you have any guesstimate as to when MailWasher will be restored?

Well, I'm still waiting. Wondering now why there aren't more impatient MailWasherPro users! Are you just not going to fix the login problem until the next release?

I am in agreement with you, way too long to fix this issue. I submitted request to support for beta links and extending my subscription for free since can’t use this product and paying for it, haven’t heard back from support so I guess we will see.
