Problem with MailWasher Pro 7.12.188 and outlook.com email account

I am a long time user of MailWasher Pro.

I have an outlook.com and outlook.co.uk email account.

MailWasher Pro 7.12.188 has same settings for both accounts and can connect to outlook.co.uk email account but not outlook.com email account

Both are set as pop3 accounts.

The issue only happened today 15/01/24 previously all was ok.

Can anybody suggest how to resolve issue?

I contacted support and they sent me beta version MailWasher Pro 7.12.193 and all is now OK.
