Live Mail Fetching Working Irregularly

I tried sending the Logs from MWP via Live Mail, but that failed. I reset the log, generated new support logs, and sent them via my Gmail account. I forgot to include the URL of this topic, but I did reference my ticket number, 36813. MWP confirms logs were successfully sent via Gmail. New ticket number is 37277. Old ticket; 36813.

Got the logs thanks Phil, and yes, that is odd, as yes, the error is exactly the same as previously, possibly related to the .ca prefix your account uses, it's with the developer now, and will let you know when I hear back....

Funny that it worked once when the account was first re-added and has ceased to fetch Live mail since.

Yes, that is the problem right there, works first off, then fails a few days later... The developer has already looked at your files and closed the case, so should be all fixed for the next update... which "should" be any day.....

sorry, the case being closed is good! it means he's resolved the issue... just waiting for the beta with the repair....

Beta is ready and not crashing Phil, so will upload to the beta forum very soon... .ca accounts should now work correctly...

I downloaded and installed 7.12.208. Immediately, it fetched my Live Mail. I did not have to remove and re-add my account. I initiated a second "Check Live Mail," and that worked, too. As I was writing this, MWP went out and fetched another Live Mail message that had just arrived as per its schedule.

Should I remove and re-add the Live Mail account?

I see in the beta Forum that there are other issues with options being reported that I don't use.

I am very happy. This looks like the fix that I have been waiting for. I will let you know in the beta Forum if I encounter other issues.

Please hang on a day or so before concluding this topic as resolved, just in case . . . I will be back tomorrow.
