Auto delete function not working

Can anyone offer any suggestions as to why the auto delete function isn't working? In spamratings I have ticked the box and set the score to -148 which to my mind should then automatically delete items selected as blacklist as blecklist is set to -197 yet a refresh of mailwasher by using the checkmail still shows items added as blacklisted. Have I got this wrong? should running checkmail not remove items listed as blacklisted.

Yes, not actually 100% sure, but if caught by the blacklist, the spam rating auto delete may not delete it? you could try setting the blacklist to auto delete and see if that works?

Click Settings>>Spam Tools>>Blacklist>>Options, tick, "Auto delete blacklisted emails"

Did that fix the issue?
