Thanks, been reading and instructions say to be sure the PIPELINING option is Unchecked. It was checked and as soon as I unchecked, the server tried to connect, but could not and gave an "Unknown error". Will wait until you reply to this msg before removing MW completely.

Well this takes the cake! Removed ALL traces of MW/Firetrust from computer, did fresh install, and before I even started configuring the program, the same error message sounded the alarm about not being able to connect to server! On a FRESH install! It looks like using MW is just a good memory when I can't click on anything before the very first email ck and get the same error as before.
