Issue that MailWasher Pro cannot download emails has started happening again on Saturday 02/03/24.

The only solution, which is not practical, is to delete affected email account and recreate it.

Affected email address is a outlook.com address.

I have done this at least 5 times since issue reoccurred.

Today 06/03/24 I have tried the above and it has not worked.

Just so you know problem is with hotmail.com account. hotmail.co.uk and gmail.com account have no issues.

Please advise what should be done.

Good afternoon, I am using Mail Washer Pro 7.12.126 with eight different email accounts and it works perfectly. It's a luxury.

Yes, you are using an older beta which still has issues, please email support and we can send you a replacement... cheers!
