That is correct, I did mention it would not be until MWPro 8, just got to get Gmail/OAUTH sorted then we'll be back to working on MWpro 8....

I don't want a white mode or a black mode. I just want the background of emails to be shown on a light grey background. Like you used to be able to select in way-back-when in Windows 5 to 7, it showed a screen and you could pick your own colours, fonts, sizes etc individually for the title (top) bar, task bar and screen (display) colour which were then used for every program you opened (unless you used their own settings).

That's a bit harsh and unnecessary, IMO.

Have you tried Dark Reader? Its not perfect but pretty close.
