Major issues with 15.5

I have been using MW for approx 20 years. I feel I am an expert with it, and I used to love it; but it has unfortunately become more trouble than it's worth. As another user reported, all was fine with 7.12. Then, for me, things have gone downhill. I tried to upgrade from 7.12, hoping the issues had bee resolved. Still nothing but disaster. This goes back ~ 6 months ago.

This week, I tried again to upgrade to 7.15... latest. It's a disaster. I use Eset as my firewall; it says mwreq.dll - a variant of Win32/GameHack_AGen.WS is a potentially unwanted program and creates all sorts of usage issues. I wanted to use MW as a front end to Fastmail, but I encountered way too many issues. Google and Gmail need to be tightly controlled, but unfortunately no one seems to be able to do so. This seems to make things impossible for great companies like Firetrust, and I seem to be trapped in the middle. I don't see a solution except to give up on a great provider, Firetrust. (I have had similar issues with Hideaway, another seemingly great product with many issues in the real world.)

Re Gmail, yes, working on this (still!!!!) google is very slow to deal with, but it does still work with an app password (for now anyway), hopefully we can get this issue resolved sooner rather than later.....
