Hi,
I can't understand why even if I mark an email as spam, for example, I add the domain of an email to the blacklist, it continues to download them anyway, it does not delete subsequent emails.
Maybe I am doing something wrong?
thanks a lot

@Beacce,
Welcome to the Firetrust Forums. If you want to auto-delete emails you don't want to receive (spam), the best option is to create a Custom Filter, Name it, and then add a "Rule" to identify the criteria for marking the emails as spam.
Next, click on the "Actions" tab on the Filter screen and select "Auto Delete." Save the Rule. Any spam matching that criteria will be auto-deleted and placed in the Recycle Bin for the specified number of days in Settings, Recycle Bin, Store Deleted Emails for up to 60 days, after which it will be gone for good, depending on the number of days you choose.
I hope this helps. Have a great day.
Regards,
Phil
