Mailwasher is NOT working. I find all of my spam already on my email server. It has not been filtered out by MW. i'm so upset that I have this lousy, non-working program until Dec. of 2025. It used to work fine. Now it doesn't and it's worthless. I wasted my money on this program/

Welcome to the Mailwasher Pro Forums. It would be helpful to know something about your computer (OS), make and model, as well as the email domain you are using.
One possible solution is to remove the email account that is not working correctly in MWP, reboot your computer, and then recreate that email account in MWP. That has worked for me in the past.

... I just stumbled upon this short thread.
Well, personally and after being a free and paying user of this application since almost its birth, I have to say it has gone worse and worse.
I agree, sometime it does not work properly... yes I have read various 'fix this, fix that'... but the main problem in my advanced user's view, is Mailwasher needs an overall and a code clean-up... fast!|
I keep seeing lately emails mixed up, I click on a email and I read something else in stead.
I would not be surprised if it has to do with windows webview2 damn thing... which seems to coincide with 'all' problems coming out of Mailwasher.
I believe webview2 only added problems and not just on Mailwasher and search the internet and you will see 'a lot' of problems since webview2 cam into force.
Can Mailwasher work 'without' WebView2 ?
By the way, I did repair-install now, let's see what happens, but Windows itself is getting too much into 'our business' these days - WAY too much interference with the excuse of improving and security, all THEY want is getting into our lives!

PS Latest version 7.12.188 came out in November 2023 - so an overall is due or re-coding? I know I am asking a lot, but once in 10 years an application needs a re-think I guess.

Me too, I have been with FireTrust since the beginning with the free version and then paid for.
I can easily confirm it has gone worse and worse, especially since the damn WebView2 was implemented.
I confirm all above happening and it is a real bother and I wish there was a version without WebView2.
