Empty window "How to use Mailwasher"

I'm using MW-Pro for many years.
Now suddenly an empty window "How to use Mailwasher" pops up, at the start of the computer.
When I close this window, Mailwasher closes. What is wrong?

Yes, try running MWPro as administrator and repeat that...? if no better, please try this:

Go Help >> User Files >> close MailWasher so it's not running >> back in the folder you opened, right click on startup.xml and select Edit With Notepad (or something similar to edit the file) >> near the bottom of the file will be a line
<PlayAnimationOnStartup>True</PlayAnimationOnStartup>

Change the True to False >> Save the file >> restart MailWasher

"As administrator" didn't help.
However <PlayAnimationOnStartup>FALSE</PlayAnimationOnStartup> is a correct solution.
