Hi,
Since yesterday when on some emails when they are downloaded to app on Windows 11 the Classify and Status fields are not populated.
I reclassify emails that have issue and next reboot / startup they are not classified again.
Can someone suggest how to resolve issue.
Thank you for all help given.

Yes, replied to your email this morning with the below....
Possibly the learning settings or database itself got trashed somehow, could have been a windows update, an antivirus program or similar, or a PC crash etc....
However, I recommend you try this version first:
https://25fc482ddf92aa413bac-f38e90dc86 ... _15_10.exe
(NOTE: I advise a backup before any updates via File>>Export within MWPro just in case any unforeseen issues)
If just the same, please clear the cache.
(NOTE: this will also empty the MWPro recycle bin of ALL emails).
To do this, click Settings>>Checking Mail, click the “Clear Cache” button. (Note that this is disabled until the current Mail check has completed)
Restart MWPro and check mail as per normal.
---------
If that also does not help, please reset the learning files manually:
(NOTE: this holds your learning settings, and blacklist/friendslist, so the below will reset these sorry).
Click Help>>User files in MWPro.
Minimise the folder that opens.
Click File>>Exit to close MWPro.
Maximise the folder, then open the Cache folder.
Then, (With MWPro closed) rename the MWP.db3 file to MWP1.db3 and restart MWPro,
Use it for a while marking ALL emails as either good or spam, restart at least once every day, and let us know how that goes....
