I have MailWasher Pro 7.15.5 on my and wife's computer, both were Windows 10. My wife's computer recently died, so we got her a new computer with Windows 11. The Outlook program is now "Outlook (New)," rather than the old Outlook. With the Outlook (new), it no longer has a "Send and receive all folders" button, as that was taken away by the wisdom of Microsoft. Any incoming mail are received right away without clicking on the now disappeared button. And any sent mail goes out right away.
With regard to Mail Washer, since the Outlook (new) gets the mail off the server in real time, such email is now off the server, and Mail Washer has nothing the bring into the Mail Washer application. Is there any way to have Outlook NOT get the mail in real time? ... since I doubt that Microsoft will restore the "Send and receive all folders" button.
This means that essentially Mail Washer no longer works ... it doesn't filter out the SPAM....since it sees no email.

Yes, I cannot find any way to do this either...., only option here is to leave Outlook new closed when not in use that I can see.... unless anyone else has another idea...?

Re: Outlook (new) and Mail Washer Pro
In response to Gingbat, there is no Outlook (new) showing in the Windows Task Manager. And I don't launch it manually. I guess this means that since it is not manually launched, and is running all the time, that somehow it is under the umbrella of Windows. If we could find a way to NOT launch Outllook (new) at startup, and to find a way then to manually launch Outlook (new), that would be great.
Can someone from Firetrust/(MailWasher) contact Microsoft to try to find a solution to the problem of obsoleting Mail Washer when used with Outlook (new). Please...we are desperate.

Re: Outlook (new) and Mail Washer Pro
Since the Outlook(new) and MailWasher don't get along, I am trying to setup the old classic Outlook (the one used previously when it was Windows 10) on my wife's new Windows 11 computer. First step is to get MailWasher working fully on the system. I can get the email domain rocketpower.org to work in MW, but I cannot get the gmail.com to work...it always says "Failed to connect to server." Attached is the MW setup for incoming tab to let you see what I have specified. I verified the email address and the password...those do work on the web access to email. I verified the name of the pop server, and the port, and the security connection of OAUTH (to match the working Windows 10 setup of MW on another computer).
Please help.
