Tranferring Account to New Computer

Hi All,

Sorry as I know this question has been asked and answered but for the life of me I cannot solve my problem.

I am an old bloke with memory problems so I am sorry.

A very good friend of mine went obtained a subscription to MailWasher over 10 years ago. I used to give him money to keep up the account as this is a very useful program.

My friend moved away and I lost contact so I don't have all the finer details but everything was fine with the installation I had until that computer crashed due to a hardware
fault and me in my old age (75) tried to re-install Mailwasher Pro using the origin key and that was fine except I had hardware faults so I had to install everything numerous
times but s resent fault and this time I got the "too many installations" message.

I have tried to move Mailwasher Files across from the old computer but it will not allow me to re-register. Copying what I think are all the files over has not worked so I cannot
get past the "Trial Version" message.

Normally I would just purchase a new subscription but the existing one we subscribed to was a "Life Time Subscription" so to replace that would be for me rather expensive
and I am no longer able to work... ie I am no longer able to enjoy funds from work. I can barely make enough money to purchase food.

I would really like to rescue the current subscription but numerous attempts have failed so it still says "Trial Version".

I have tried everything I can think of...some of the suggestions of what to do for some reason do not work for me.

I would really love some help from the "powers that be".....please.

"gingbat" Thank you for that. Very much appreciated and I have started that process but not sure what to do next.

As I have said, I'm an OLD Bloke and these days a bit slow.

I have a PC at home which I normally use but I am faced now with old age medical problems so I am setting up an old Laptop
that I can take with me to Hospital or whatever.

Can I activate this new Mailwasher on both or just one which would be the Laptop that I can take with me.

Boy, the response was super quick. Thank you and the team very much.

BTW....over the years I have introduced around a dozen new users to MailWasher and I will continue to do so as long as I am alive.

What a great idea and system to help keep one's sanity in this world of computers.
