Deleting emails
Hi, I'm using an icloud account and seeing some strange behaviour when deleting emails. 2 scenarios - if I delete using MailWasher, sometimes the emails are still visible in the app, even if I Wash Mail or Check Mail. However, if I clear the list, when it reloads they are gone. A similar thing sometimes happens if I delete using my mail app. Any ideas how to fix or what's happening?

Re: Deleting emails
Yes, likely either the mail server is slow to preform the delete command, wait a min, then check mail in MW again?
If no better however, please clear the cache.
To do this, click Settings>>Checking Mail, click the “Clear Cache” button. (Note that this is disabled until the current Mail check has completed)
During this process the inbox mail grid will be cleared, (NO emails will be deleted from the actual mail server though) and when process finished, the mail check will start for default accounts.

Re: Deleting emails
Hi, I don't see that button. I don't have Store cached emails ticked, if that's a factor?

Re: Deleting emails
No, the store cached emails button is only for POP accounts, if you are using POP, no, leave that unticked....
If you are using POP, try changing to IMAP (as long as your provider supports it?) change the incoming server to their IMAP server and see if that works better?
If no, then you'll be able to see the Settings>>Checking Mail, click the “Clear Cache” button....
