MailWasher not showing new emails even though I have set it up correctly?
I am using MailWasher to filter spam, but recently it is not showing new emails even though I have checked my account settings and internet connection. I have tried updating the software but it still does not fix the problem. Has anyone else encountered the same problem? What else should I check?

Yes, check your settings against those supplied by your email provider first under the Incoming tab for the account you have setup in MW, while you are there, also click Advanced and ensure you are using the correct security settings they require including SSL if required.
If all looks correct yet MW still wont connect, let us know who your email account provider is please?
