Hello,
I have been using Mailwasher Pro 7 for many years and I am currently installing it on a new PC. After it is installed, I opened and got the message: " connection time exceeded, probably caused by a firewall" . I have been using the same firewall for years. I don't understand what is happening.
Is anyone having the same issue?

Yes, could be either a firewall, AV programs email scanner, or even incorrect settings within MWpro...? check all settings first under Settings>>Accounts, click the account>>Incoming tab, (and under Advanced there)
If problems, let us know your email provider....? (eg, comcast, gmail, hotmail etc)
