MW Pro keeps a very long time active on controling for new mail also mail already available. And stopping it doesn't work.
My configuration for controling for new mail has a standard 10 minute setting.
It takes therefore a long time to see new mail that I am waiting for to see.
I notice it is occuring since the early 7.15 versions. 7.12 and before did not have this issue.
Is it a different setting or what else?

Re: MW Pro keeps controling for new mail
Sorry but not 100% sure what you mean.... does MW's mail checks not work when you have it set for every 10 mins? is there any errors etc?
Or does your email program seem to be slow on getting mail after you have washed mail in MW?
Or something else?

Re: MW Pro keeps controling for new mail
At the left bottom of the window there is a process bar which is mostly 'Inactive' but when there is mail it keeps evaluating all the available mail and I can't stop it. The button 'Washing E-mail' is unavailable because of it. And the whole process is taking up minutes instead of seconds.

Re: MW Pro keeps controling for new mail
Sure thing, can you first please open MWpro and click Help>>About, if not using version 7.15.33, install this from here:
https://www.firetrust.com/products/mail ... o/download
Restart MWPro and see how that goes....
If they do, please try clearing the cache...
Click Settings>>Checking Mail, click the “Clear Cache” button. (Note that this is disabled until the current Mail check has completed)
During this process the inbox mail grid will be cleared, (NO emails will be deleted though) and when process finished, the mail check will start for default accounts.
Please let me know if problems persist....
