Yes, something is not quite right there alright.... I wonder if some files got corrupted during the update, if you could please try the below after backing up first, then if no better, you can restore the backup:

(Unless you already have a backup file you can import possibly....?)

----------
First, here's how to backup your MWPro settings:

Open MWPro, click File>>Export,
Click Browse to choose where to save the backup file,
Type a name for it (anything you like)
Click Save,
Then Export.
To restore in future, click File>>Import, locate the file you saved and click Import.
-----------

The below will reset MW, however you'll loose your recycle bin contents and training and blacklist and friendslist, and it'll take around 30 good and bad emails to begin to retrain, ensure you mark all emails as either good or spam to help MW learn faster....

In windows, go to Start, type run then in the ‘Open:’ box type (or copy / paste):

%AppData%\Firetrust\MailWasher

Click enter so it opens the Mailwasher folder.

(NOTE: you can move the files out of that folder for a secondary backup instead of deleting them if you wish)

Delete all files and folders in there EXCEPT for:

Accounts.xml
Filters.xml

- Restart your PC
- Then restart MWPro and give it time to reload and re-create the files and folder.

Note that the learning (green/pink emails) will take some time to work, so ensure you mark all emails as good or spam under the Classify column to speed this up.

NOTE: How-too video here: https://1drv.ms/v/s!Ak8zLigJcntT4mHsCb7 ... G?e=Skbg9B

How'd that go?

Thanks for the detailed steps — backing up now and will give this a try. Fingers crossed it helps!
