I've been using Mailwasher Pro for years now and since the latest update it's started to let me down.
I receive around 30-40 emails a day on my smtp accounts and on startup now it will download around 10 emails and highlight the spam etc. but when I click on Check Mail it will download a few more emails, when I repeat this it will download a few more...on and on until there are no more to download. With aroun 40 emails to download this can take some time.
What is happening to stop it downloading them all at once?
When opening outlook it will download all the emails in one shot, all appear with no problems, it's juste MailWasher that will not do it.
Any help is appreciated.

Re: Incomplete downloads
Yes, for the account with this problem.... (POP accounts only, not IMAP)
First try disabling pipelining under Settings>>Accounts, click your account, click Incoming>>Advanced, and uncheck both, PIPELINING options.
If no better, (or this is an IMAP account) can you please try deleting the problem email account and re-importing it.
Please open Mailwasher and click, Settings>>Accounts, click your account and click, "Remove Account", click, "Yes, remove it", close and restart Mailwasher.
In Mailwasher click, Settings>>Accounts "Import Account" and follow the directions.
If there are no amounts listed, cancel to exit this screen and click, Add Account, choose your account type and add account manually.
Full directions are available for this from here:
Mailwasher >> Help >> Help Topics >> Settings Screen >> Accounts
Account settings here for most ISP's if you need them: https://www.emailsettings.email/

Re: Incomplete downloads
Many thanks for sorting this out, it was the pipelining unchecking that fixed this.
Thanks again.
