Issue With Email Status Column

Over the past couple of days I am having an issue with the Email Status column in MailWasher Pro. All of the email addresses that I previously identified as Good have been reset to learning mode. I really do not feel like starting all over again with this process. The only email addresses that show a status are those that I identified as Friends or as possibly Spam. I am using the latest version of MailWasher Pro.

Yes, possibly the learning settings or database itself got trashed somehow, could have been a windows update, an antivirus program or similar, or a PC crash etc....

Unfortunately unless you had a backup (via File>>Export in MWPro) OR, wish to try using windows system restore? you will need to retrain MW, however, this is usually pretty quick, should only take a around a week with 20 + spam / good emails each day....

Also, ensure you restart MWpro each day if you keep your PC running as that seems to help speed up the learning....

I ran into the same thing a while back — all my Good emails went back into learning mode after an update. I solved it by re-importing my Friends list and letting the learning mode re-train for a few days. Not perfect, but it slowly came back to normal.
