Errors in MW Pro 2010 & What happened to SpamCop?

I'm having two issues with the new MW Pro 2010: The error below and SpamCop...

When I go to Help > Help topics or Help > Forums, I get a message that says "An error occurred in sending the command to the application", and it locks up for a minute or two, and then closes. Then I get another message from .NET Framework that says "An unhandled exception has occurred...". Like this:



When I go to About, and click on Report a bug, Make a suggestion or Support forums, it locks up without the first message. If I click the icon in the tray it closes and I get the .NET Framework message.

When do you anticipate the return of reporting to SpamCop? This is a feature I use every day. I can't imagine this new version would have been released without it in place.

I can't really say on SpamCop, it's really a 'when we get to it' situation, but right now there is plenth of other things taking higher prioirty.


For the error, did you get Crash Report dialogs and send those through ?

If not, go Help >> Send Support Logs >> enter beta as the ticket number and Send Logs
