I have MailWasher 2010 installed on two Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit machines.
I have the application's Shortcut Icon Pinned to the Taskbar so that I can easily find it to start the program.
I have installed two updates since the initial installation and both times I have had to re-pin the application's Shortcut Icon to
the taskbar.

The installer scripts currently are doing a full application "remove" and then a new install. That is why you are seeing this issue. FT is aware and will look into saving existing shortcuts. A workaround has been suggested. Rename the shortcut to something different and then untick the box when installing the new release.JPMTJR wrote:I have MailWasher 2010 installed on two Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit machines.

Yeah as above, plus (this is going by what I read somewhere) Microsoft doesn't want companies adding TaskBar links into WIn7 so that's why you don't see it as an option in the installer and must do manually.
