Can anyone help? I have set up a filer as shown in the attachments and the SexPills filter is catching it and ranking it with a -200 score but still not auto deleting it. I have to hit f6 to get rid of these emails. Can anyone tell me why? I have even turned off Learning to test this and still won't get rid of it. What's going on? The email is sent to a real address but not from a friend's address.

Do you have First Alert turned off? If so try turning it back on and the recheck the message again.PhilRose wrote:Can anyone help? Did the evaluation of your messages complete with no issues and no errors on the log tab?
