I have just upgraded to Mailwasher Pro 2010 and in the inbox I can see all the green and grey marked emails but non of the red marked ones. If I run Mailwasher Pro 6.3 I get 10 emails showing, 4 are marked for deletion and as blacklisted. These 4 emails do not appear anywhere in Mailwasher Pro 2010, which only shows 6 messages. All messages are in the same email account.
Are they being hidden from view? If so how do I change the settings to see them?
I am asking as I have found the odd email to be wrongly marked for deletion in the past and I liked the ability to scan what Mailwasher was doing to be able to make a correction if needed.
I've gone through all the help and can not find any reference to turning the visibility of these red marked messages on and off.
So PLEASE how can I get Mailwasher 2010 to show me them?
Thanks,
Clive

Re: Why can I not see email marked by blacklist?
The emails cannot be hidden as this feature is not implemented in MWP2010 yet
Have you switched off all the auto precesses within MWP6.3 as these can cause problems when you run the old and new together.

It might be a coincidence these are showing as blacklisted in the other MailWasher. If you go Help >> Send Support Logs >> enter chris as the Ticket Number >> I'll take a look

Re: Why can I not see email marked by blacklist?
Thanks folks, I have located the problem. It was due to the way I had entered my email account information. I have an email account which can have several addresses before the @ part. I had entered the email login in Mailwasher Pro 2010 as "[email protected]" and this only showed me emails addressed to add1. I changed the login to be just "myaccount.com" (as it was in Mailwasher Pro 6.3) and this brought in emails addressed to both add1@... and add2@... as well. It was just coincidence that the add2@... emails were all from blacklisted senders. I spotted the problem as soon as another arrived that was not blacklisted but addressed to add2@...
So not a Mailwasher problem but due to me entering the email account login details differently in the two versions. So sorry for any confusion and thanks for the offers of support! All sorted now and I like the new look Mailwasher, thanks!
