Help with mailwasher

Just downloaded mailwasher 2010
Am running windows 7
every time I click the "wash mail" button, mailwasher does it's thing, except that
when windows live mail opens, I still get all of the mail.
It says it's deleting messages, but they still end up in my inbox.

If you have your Windows Live Mail set to download the messages upon start up it could be a timing issue at the server. Try changing the option so that the mail isn't downloaded automatically. Then do a Wash with deletions. Wait a short time and then manually have Live Mail download. If the problem is still there then go to MWP, Help, Send Support logs. Refer to this topic with a brief description of the issue and put Chris in the ticket number. Also make sure that Windows Live Mail isn't set to automatically download messages at timed intervals.
