I have to say that I am very pleased with the new program. I have seven accounts, some Gmail, some ISP pop and the speed is astounding whereas ver 6 would pause and have a bit of trouble fetching mails the new programs rips through them. I find it picks up emails when in the tray much better than ver 6 and I have to say I enjoy using it. As for the upgrade fee of £6 odd, that's the price of a couple of magazines or just a bit more than a gallon of diesel (UK). Just wanted to say thank you.

Especially the speed....when the PIPELINING feature works, it works really really well.
We actually found in testing we could retrieve up to 35 emails a second, that was going from New Zealand to New Jersey, and on a standard broadband connection.
However with the processing MailWasher has to perform on emails to determine if they are spam etc....it simply cannot keep up, so instead we throttle back the download speed to allow the CPU more time to keep up with other tasks.
