Long time MW user. Two days ago, I upgraded to MWPro2010. For the first several hours I could open the program and have it displayed on my screen; but about three or four hours after installation I found myself unable to open the program completely. Clicking on the icon resulted in an incomplete loading....to the extent that it was unusable. Only the very outer perimeter of the MW screen appeared on my monitor.
Is it possible that the problem resides with MWProApp.exe? The interface is using a very large amount of memory (82,852 KB); whereas the tool itself utilizes much less (5,120 KB).
I have tried (repeatedly) to uninstall and re-install to no avail. I am terribly disappointed for, as others have said, I feel as though I'm beta-testing here. Nevertheless, I rely very heavily on MW and wouldn't want to have to do without it.
I'm running Windows XP with SP3, Intel processor, Pentium(R) 4CPU 3.00 GHz 2.99GHz, 3.00 GB of RAM.
Immediately prior to this, the previous version of MW had been running without problems on my computer.
I would appreciate any help offered.

If you go into C:\Documents and Settings\[your username]\Application Data\Firetrust\MailWasher\
Could you look for a file error.log if present, and also email me a zipped copy of your Logs subfolder to [email protected]
