Can't get a filter to trigger on an e-mail address?

Haha! Yeah, I do know. I do metadata development testing before we put we deploy, and I about once a year, I slap my forehead and say, 'that was so common, how did I miss it'. It happens. Sometimes it's hard to see the easy ones when you are looking for the tricky ones.

Can I get a screen grab of an example, every time I enter it as you describe (or at least how I understand it) it seems to work
