I have just upgraded to the 2010 Mailwasher Pro. Once I have determined that I do not want an email once I see it on Mailwasher Pro, is there a way to have the program delete an email directly on the server so that it never reached my computer?
Thanks

Re: How to delete email on server
This is what MWP does
It only processes emails that are on your server, this is the whole purpose of MWP.

Just click on the Trash Can Icon and the check mark will show. Then when you are ready click on the Wash mail Icon and MWP 2010 will delete the ones so marked from the server.

I want to be able to mark this for deletion at any time that it tries to come in after the first deletion. I keep getting certain emails even though they are marked as Spam and I continue to delete them time and time again.

Re: How to delete email on server
I suggest adding the sender to your Blacklist. The add a Filter, select Spam Rule and Sender is on my Blacklist, set the filter Override to always mark for deletion or auto delete.homeport wrote:Sidewinder wrote:Are the messages from the same sender or different?homeport wrote:Sidewinder wrote:Just click on the Trash Can Icon and the check mark will show.
