Problem with editing (adding) a filter
Unless the product window is set to full screen, the bottom buttons to save or quit are not visible.

What screen resolution are you using? Can you include a screenshot in your next post?
You can upload a picture to the forum using the upload-attachment tab just below the post typing area.

Re: Problem with editing (adding) a filter
I had to minimize to the smallest allowable window size to get this to happen. When it did all you should have to do is use the vertical scroll bar in the window.dav4is wrote:Unless the product window is set to full screen, the bottom buttons to save or quit are not visible.

Ah! The vertical scroll bar far to the right of the edit window?
There is no clue that it is connected to the edit window. I took it for being connected to the frozen settings window behind the edit window.
This is a usability issue.

Re: Problem with editing (adding) a filter
Not sure but think this is standard windows behavior, it is the entire window that is not visible not the filter list which has it own V scroll bar when needed. The Edit pane is the only part of the window that is in focus. All the rest is grayed out.dav4is wrote:Ah! The vertical scroll bar far to the right of the edit window?

Re: Problem with editing (adding) a filter
I don't think so. The edit window is smaller and centered over the settings window, which is visible (but grayed out) below it. The scroll bar is far removed from the edit window, with no way for the user to visually connect it to the edit window.

- Note the huge gray region between the edit window (white) and the vertical scroll bar to the far right. The scroll bar appears be be connected to the adjacent underlying grayed out window.

If the scroll bar was not relative to the "focus" item it would be grayed out or inactive.dav4is wrote:I don't think so. Re: Problem with editing (adding) a filter
Not sure with MW colors if a grayed-out scroll bar is detectable by the naked eye.
Also, having the scroll bar so far removed from the window it controls is just plain bad design.
