Billed / Charge Twice Mailwahser Pro 2010

Hello...

On August 18th 2010 which is today where I'm at I purchased Mail Washer Pro upgrade price for $10. I noticed I got billed twice so instead of me paying $10 for one, shows I got billed twice for $20. Any idea on what happen & if I can get a refund for one of the double purchase?

Done, it might take some time as the payment has to clear first before the refund will process. Of the two Licenses you were sent, don't use the one starting G3H9.... as that's been disabled.
