Select All and Preview Panel faults

2 things not working as well as in the old version...

1. When I start MW and the first incoming emails are listed, the old MW would automatically show the contents of the top email in the Preview Pane. In the new version I have to select a particular email for the Preview Panel to be activated. I've contacted FT support but had no reply.

2. It used to be that after I'd checked our emails I'd go back to MW and click up near the top and then press Ctrl-A and it would automatically select all the listed emails. Then I could tick one to delete and it would mark them all for deleting. In the new MW this doesn't work. Instead, I have to click one of the listed emails and then press Ctrl-A to select them all.

Both these instances of reduced functionality in the new version are a pain in the #@!&%# because they require me to take an extra action.

Fix them please.

Email >> MarK ALL for delete

Or

Right click an email >> MarK ALL for delete

Were beta testing it now.
