On number 2, have you tried looking at the entire header for Subject: [cheapcyclenorfolk] that may bypass the decoder for the subject line? I'm thinking there is either a glitch in that or I just don't understand just how it works.

Thanks stan_qaz. I've just had another two of these turn up and your suggestion of using the header worked fine, though I still don't understand what could be causing the "Subject" check to not pick them up.

I have kept a copy of one of these emails if anyone at FIretrust wants me to send it to them so they can investigate further.
