HELP. Mailwasher stops after clicking WashMail

I have never been able to get the new version to work. When I click on wash mail all I get is the little animated round thingy and an animated green bar. That's is far as it goe's.
Started with version 15 then installed version 19. I then uninstalled version 19. Rebooted. Turned off my firewall program. Then Reinstalled version 19.

Still doe's not work. I have tried everything I can think of.

I've sent support an E-Mail and responded with some suggestions of changing some settings. I followed their recomendations but no luck.
I turned off everything. No features are turned on. Still doe's not work.

I might just put up the white flag and ask for a refund and find some other program to use. Mailwasher was great while it lasted.

What OS are you running and what Security program do you have?

I had exactly this same problem. I tried everything under the sun to get it to work but everytime I washed mail, it just hung and hung... and hung! If I was washing less than about 15 emails then it worked fine, but any more than that... forget it!

I've reverted back to Mailwasher 6.5.4 which works a treat and claimed my refund.

I have Windows 7 64-bit if anyone is interested.
