Default Mail Check misses one account?

Default Mail Check misses one account?

I'm running MWPro 2010 1.0.19 on Win XP SP3
I have two accounts (both are marked for "include in default mail check" in "Settings", but mail for only one is checked when I open MailWasher.

When I go to Settings > Accounts > Auto Detect Accounts > it reads "0 email accounts detected by MailWasher" although I do get mail for the one account.

When I manually click the main "Check Mail" icon for the specific account, nothing shows up, but mail is downloaded when I click the "Get Msgs" icon on my SeaMonkey browser.

What do I need to do to get MW to check both accounts?

Anything showing up on the error tab, to the right of the settings tab? It shows a blinky triangle on fresh errors, a solid one on old errors.

Go to Settings Accounts and make sure that all the information on the General and Incoming Tabs is absolutely correct for both accounts. Redo the password etc to make sure all is well and make sure that there are no typos in the email address and usernames.

Thanks stan_qaz, you pointed me in the right direction (blinky triangle: "Error - Failed to log into POP3 server")
and Sidewinder, you gave me the steps I needed (check settings on General and Incoming tabs). It was the password that was wrong.
