I have two e mail addresses, a virginmedia and hotmail. When Mailwasher checks it downloads messages from both sites and displays - all 0ok so far. I then wash and messages are sent to Outlook, still ok. But although the virginmedia go to recycle bin, the hotmail messages stay on the mailwasher screen, even if I have ticked 'delete'. How do I get rid of the pesky little b..'s? please

So when you have emails from your Hotmail account showing in MailWasher to be deleted, and you press Wash Mail, MailWasher will not remove these messages ?
Assume I have that right....fire me some logs just after you notice the problem, to do that go Help >> Send Support Logs >> enter chris as the Ticket Number >> enter a brief note too, like Hotmail emails won't delete >> Send Logs.
