Hi Pat
Do you run Computer Associates AntiVirus ? The crash reports sent don't detail much as the crash is bringing down the application in such a way that nothing is logged.

Re: Mailwasher 2010 Pro Freezing
OK that's good, I don't have a way to fix the problems with Computer Associates when it crashes inside their mail scanner
If you make the crash happen, then after closing the various crash boxes that show, then go Start >> Control Panel >> Administrative Tools >> Event Viewer >> in the Event Viewer that opens, on the left expand Windows Logs >> select Application >> on the right then look through the events near the top, there should be something there relating to the MailWasher crash. If you can copy/paste the details of the General tab of the event, or email it to me at [email protected]
Cheers

Also can you clarify just when the crash occurs. Is it when you first try to Classify a message using Thumbs Up/Thumbs Down ?

While you are waiting for RD, I have a couple of thoughts. Have you configured Sophos to allow both the MailWasherPro.exe and MaiWasherProApp.exe to communicate with each other and have access to the Internet?

My brain is mud right now, did I reply ? If not, the logs mustn't have arrived. If you go Help >> User Files >> just forward the autosupport.eml to me at [email protected]
Cheers
