I really feel for poor rusticdog (Chris) as he isn't able to use the forum's "ignore idiots" option** like a normal user can. Doing that to the worst of the crop really improves my forum experience and keeps me from wasting time helping folks that don't appreciate it or that are just trolling.
Since v6 still works just as it always did I can't understand all the upset about 2010 either, if one of the updates is screwy or has a bug that is ticking you off just go back to v6 for a week or two and there will be a new version along with a pile of bug fixes. I look at the USD $10 as an investment, I get input on what works for me and what doesn't while the program is still being developed and often manage to get things added or changed so that I'm happier with the result.
Even more fun can be had if you are up for testing Beta versions and rusticdog has any open beta tester slots. Most of the betas are a bit buggy compared to the releases but so far only one in the last year or so has been buggy enough to put me back to the old version and that was only for a couple days.If you don't feel like testing you still can have a bit of input to where 2010 is going on the suggestion site:
http://suggest.firetrust.com/ If you use the same login name there and here it reduces confusion.
