Which actual file(s) carry the blacklist/whitelist and can a list of addresses be cut/pasted straight in?

You can create a text blacklist in the MW v6 format and use the 2010 blacklist importer to bring it in. If you need the format you can search by a post I made a while back on my "hate everyone" blacklist.
