It would be helpful if the preview pane had a button to toggle the ability to show just the domain of a parsed link instead of always the complete raw link.
Sometimes there are so many links with huge redirects etc. that it can be very difficult and tedious to simply read the content of an email, so it would be really nice to be able to toggle on occassion the reading mode to make it easier to scan thru the text only, and then switch back to the standard mode to review a link before clicking on it, etc.
Another possibility would be to have a mode to turn off the display of the raw link altogether to make it even easier on occassion to preview content. I realize this mode can defeat a main strength of the mailwasher preview, but on occassion it would be very helpful.

Re: Preview Pane improvement
Urgh....the other day I unsubscribed to pretty much every newsletter I was a member of.....I knew at the time this would come back to bite me as now I don't have a decent example of a newsletter to consider this further with.
It's not a bad idea, I've always been in favour of displaying emails nicer when they're considered good.
Throw it into http://suggest.firetrust.com, though it doesn't seem like use it that well, it's a really neat feature when we [will] use it properly.

That's why I have my recycle bin set to 30 days, altho that might account for why I have so many thousands of files in my crypto folder?
Another example is google alert subscriptions...great tool for tracking subjects in the news but their raw tracking redirects can be pretty consuming and make for quite a long email for an alert of a popular subject in the news.
