MAIL WASHER PRO. 2010 \ WON'T START.

Hello.

After a reboot Pro 2010 will not start no matter what I do. I deleted and reinstalled and it still fails to start. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

It appears to be entirely different. and that is why I posted separately. My Net 3.5 is OK.

What OS are your running? We need to know to tell you where to find your user files.

I am running XP Pro SP3 and it fully updated.

Other products running are; Eset Nod 32, Malwarebytes, Mamutu, and Online Armour.

A few things to look at:

First make sure that the two .exe files used for MWP are granted full permissions in your security software settings. This includes the ability to communicate between them as well as external access.

Try a repair function for your .NET 3.5 SP1

Hello.

There was no problem with .Net 3.5. When checking for the two .EXE I decided to try and fire up the program and it worked and I don't know why. There did not appear to be any conflicts that I could find.

The only change was I downloaded and activated MWP 6.54.

So I now have two versions running. I will monitor and advise as to how it works out.

Update.

MWP 2010 is now hanging up with messages in the pane and you cannot doing anything with it other than shut it down. On restart it appears to be operating OK and the messages have been cleared.

MWP 6.5.74 is working fine.

Anyone else having any similar problems?

The next time that you see this happen as soon as you restart go to Help, Send Support Logs, add a brief description, reference this topic and put Chris in the ticket number.
