Can you send me some logs.
If you go Help >> Send Support Logs >> enter a brief note like 'as per forum' >> in the Ticket Number field enter chris >> Send Logs >> reply back here once sent, so I can check they arrived all OK.

Thanks

This morning, before updating with this beta, I had the first anomaly in a few days: a good score of 441 was marked as Spam. Nothing could change it.

I decided to install the Beta to see what would happen: It cleared up this anomaly.

Thank you so much for this fix. It is doubly appreciated given what is going on with Covid-19.

Sorry I forgot to post latest beta, try this one
http://cdn.firetrust.com/downloads/mail ... _12_38.exe

This version also includes a database upgrade, the prompt will appear on screen on first run and should not take long.

How is the current database backed up in the event this does not work out?
Is an AppData\Roaming\Firetrust copy sufficient?

Yes.
Or go File >> Export >> set a name and save location >> set to export Learning >> that'll create a single MWP file that can be run to import again that data.

The issue is not corrected in x.38. A message just arrived that could not be thumbs upped. Thumbs down functioned.

Today several messages misbehaved. The problem is unresolved and unimproved. Would you like x.38 logs?

Unfortunately we don't log around this issue specifically. I think I have enough log data to make comparable test setups.
If you can ever determine the pattern for reproduction of the problem that would be very useful. Being able to reliably demonstrate the issue to the programmers means much easier to correct.
