Actually I may as well get a copy of C:\ProgramData\Firetrust\MailWasher\ as well, there's nothing personal in this folder so it doesn't need sanitising.

Did you received the last archive? I received an error message from a content-filter at mail3.c1.internal.
Our content checker found
banned name: multipart/mixed | application/ms-tnef,.tnef,winmail.dat |
.rar,FIRETR~1.RAR,Firetrust.rar | .exe,.exe-ms,updater.exe

OK, I think this newer crash is my fault from the file I gave you before.

Rename your Language.xml.old back to Language.xml and MailWasher should load.

It seems like it was part of the update we hadn't catered for.

We originally had English as the default language, but later altered this to read as English (US), so after the update your system was looking for English which no longer existed. We'll add some more protections in place so this won't happen again though
