Yep - thanks for that
I really wanted to know if it was possible to locate those user files away from the system drive so any future installs could be pointed there

I have already installed the Mailwasher program on a distant drive.... drive:\Program Files (x86)
However an install will always place the data files back in AppData\Roaming etc ??

You can always use a Junction Pointer so thet the OS thinks the folder is in one place but the actual contents is elsewhere :)

BTW a junction pointer is like a shortcut to another folder just the OS thinks it is a true folder and accesses the contents in the true folder.
