I installed .25 and all is working now...
http://cdn.firetrust.com/downloads/mail ... _12_25.exe
Copied from the forum on how to install this version... hint... you need to UNINSTALL the current version FIRST.
" In the meantime, options are to either not use MW for the meantime, OR, use an older version as below.
If you wish to to do this:
* please uninstall your current MWPro,
* cancel the question asking why you are uninstalling
* click YES when asked if you wish to save your user data,
* install this version:
http://cdn.firetrust.com/downloads/mail ... _12_25.exe
* Cancel the update wizard if it tells you new versions are available.
And it should work fine, (please note however that unless you are using an App Password for Yahoo accounts, these may not work in this version). "

FT has come out and said they are working on it, and will post a verified fix "soon".
You do understand, that , as this is security email platform software, people should not just go to a link you provided?
Please see viewtopic.php?f=16&t=58538&p=168390#p168390

Please do not post links to unverified domains for software we have been talking about.Marty9753 wrote: ↑Tue Nov 14, 2023 8:23 amWorking version 7.12.187 from here. https://www.softexia.com/internet/email ... mailwasher#

I've just installed .25 too after scratching my head all afternoon.
I've been using MW for more years than I care to remember and this is the first time I've had a problem.
Although at my age, my memory isn't too good! (:
Many thanks to the guys who found this solution.

Same problem, four different accounts, only one is Gmail. Started yesterday. Same error. It won't even let me send the log files--I get an error. Is there somewhere we can go to get an earlier version of MWP?

The Version mailwasher_pro_setup_7_12_25.exe is very old.
I downloaded this already in March 2020
I will not install it, because it's too old in my eyes

To roll back to a working version see viewtopic.php?f=16&t=58538
Please ignore other posts to a version ending in .187 , it may be valid, or it may not be. Please wait for FT to release a version to address this issue as seen in the first link on how they will inform.

IGNORE THIS AS I COULD NOT DELETE IT
Note, the address presented in the link for how to roll back is wrong for version .125 is wrong, it should be
http://cdn.firetrust.com/downloads/mail ... 12_125.exe
it should not be 7_12_25.exe , but end in _125.exe.
The link I posted above is correct

How about they fix it and deliver what I paid for?
I want to be able to click on a link and have my MailWasher fixed and working.

I'm having the same issue. My mail goes directly to my email address and bypasses MailWasher completely.

Did you have the time to read posts in the forum that pointed you to viewtopic.php?f=16&t=58538&p=168390#p168390 ?
which is the latest status.
Some things take time, I am a software developer, have been for near 30 years, some solutions take time. I have no affiliation with FT, but I can understand what they are going through. Whatever the actual issue is , it came suddenly, the authors were not aware of it, and are trying to remedy it . As a coder, that is the worst place to be. I get the impatience , but , in reality, some things need time to fix.
