Re: SPAMCOP Report and First Alert
Actually FirstAlert is working far better than it ever did without the user reports that were so often wrong and causing false positives. Trying to put something in place like a user reputation or report weighting system would make things far slower than the current method and remain less accurate too.

Re: SPAMCOP Report and First Alert
I have just downloaded Mailwasher 2010 but haven't yet paid. I noticed Spamcop reporting missing (hence coming to this forum) and did spot the post from anniebrion on Thu Jul 29, 2010 6:14 pm that "Spamcop reporting is coming, when all the stability fixes are done."
Can you give an idea when this feature will be added. At this stage I am inclined to wait on the feature before buying the new version, because I liked to use the reporting feature.

No, there's no decent indication on when this might be ready. Some basic work has started but Spam Reporting is not a trivial task

Re: SPAMCOP Report and First Alert
I'd say buy it now and give it a thorough going over and get any bugs you hit fixed while they are the first priority, get any input in that you have on existing or new features too. Since v6 and 2010 run happily together you can play with 2010 when you have the time but keep v6 for your spam reporting.
Give the suggestions site a going over too, create a login there that matches the forum and it will be less hassle: http://suggest.firetrust.com/ Take a look at the Completed and Accepted suggestions to see the good stuff users got included. Plenty that haven't been accepted there too, several on spamcop where you might find it valuable to put in your opinion.
