OK, I understand. to still get the features of the old mailwasher (autobounce, blacklist etc.) I have to buy your enterprise solution. what is the cost? (The link you sent was used by a coffe mug...)

The old MailWasher still has a blacklist.

Try http://www.firetrust.com/en/products/ma ... ise-server instead

dont play games. we are talking about automatic bounce. and if your bounce feature is so very useless (as you claim), why is it available at all?

why do i always get answers which are just misleading? and not a single answer concerning my input?

Sorry, I was really misleaded

So you offer the enterprise server for 20$ per user. seems like a fair price for
"All future version updates.
Friendly phone and email support.
1 year subscription to spam signature updates.
90 day money back guarantee."

When this version still offers automatic bounce and blacklist, whysoever should I buy MW 2010?

Then perhaps we just don't offer anything that you want.

ahh, I found it: "This is a server product. It will not work for users of Windows XP, Vista and 7, instead please use MailWasher Pro"

So will you make this product also available for Win7?

No. This is a server product filtering directly on the MTA level.

Ok, now we are again where we started, before you began your misleading tour...

And in the meantime you never answered a single argument...

No. This is a server product filtering directly on the MTA level.
So there is no email server available, which could run on win 7(or XP)?

I don't know, you'd have to read the documentation of the email server software, however Windows 7 is not designed to run as a server, instead Windows 7's server counterpart is Windows Server 2008.

However I don't think MailWasher is for you, I think you need to look at what other vendors have to offer.

Thank you for your proposal. I will do as advised...

I purchased MW Pro specifically for the Bounce feature. And now that feature does not work, and apparently is not a priority with Firetrust. Should have stayed with the free version and then could go out for a pizza tonight with what I've thrown away on Pro!
